The Cool Maintenance Program
Not ready to sign a service agreement? Not a problem, Air One Service's "Cool Maintenance" is a no contract service. Give us a call to schedule a tune-up of your HVAC system and one of our friendly service technicians can help keep your home comfortable for your family. We recommend performing a tune-up twice a year to properly maintain your system and save you money on your monthly utility bill.

The Warm Maintenance Program
Air One Service's "Warm Maintenance" is a one year plan which provides two inspections annually for the following services:
- Inspection and/or cleaning of air filters (responsibility of home owner to replace air filters)
- Inspection for proper voltage and amp draw
- Tightening of electrical connections
- Inspection of refigerant pressures
- Lubricate all motors required
- Inspection of belts for proper condition and tensions
- Inspection/Cleaning of condensate system in unit
- Check electrical controls
- Clean outdoor & indoor coil as needed
- Cleaning of heat exchanger, cross lighters and burners as needed
- Inspection of heat exchanger, cross lighters and burners (if applicable)
- Inspect heat operation, ignition sequence, safety controls and pilot performance (if applicable)
- Inspect furnace flue (if applicable)
- Check thermostat operation
One Year Plan Rate of $175.00

The Hot Maintenance Program
Air One Service's "Hot Program" is an exclusive membership limited to clients due to the availability of work load.
It offers the following member benefits for only $7.50 a month:
- Top priority service
- FREE heating and air home inspection
- Preferred electrical rates
- Accumulated dues can be credited toward any future service
- 10% discount
- A full, 2 year guarantee on any and all repairs and replacements
